I am sending feedback concerning an issue from your side as well your customer service that has left me extremely unsatisfied, disappointed and eventually pissed off.
I ordered and paid for a custom domain. The purchase went through.
I recieved a confirmation email from Ionos, but days later I have no domain, neither do I have an invoice you claimed that I have to pay. My invoice section in fact is clear. To proof this to you :
Attached you will find two media images detailing your response about my order confirmation and supposed invoice requirements.
As well as my contract information and my invoice details - the fact that you cannot look into it from your side properly as you should, is incompetent. So please look at your responses and my actual details on your system which I have now provided to you and refund my money or fix YOUR issue.

Lack of Transparency with IONOS: My Disappointing Experience
I recently came across a concerning situation, with IONOS, where they charged me a $12 without any notice or reminder. It was really disappointing to see such a lack of transparency and communication regarding this fee.
What stood out to me the most was how unjust this fee felt as it came out of nowhere without any warning.
A trustworthy service should make sure that users are well informed about any charges so that they can make decisions based on an understanding of the costs involved.
Unfortunately I didn't receive any notifications or reminders about this fee, which left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with their service. Transparency plays a role in building trust between service providers and users.
Sadly I felt that IONOS fell short in this aspect.
By sharing my experience my hope is that other people considering IONOS will be aware of these issues and can make choices when it comes to selecting their hosting service. I strongly urge IONOS to enhance their communication practices in order to provide a user friendly experience, for their customers.
